Forty beauties so far have entered the Hamilton County Dove Festival Pageant set for Aug. 28 at the Chandler Craig Auditorium.
Aug. 13 is the deadline for entering the pageant, which has divisions from newborn to age 18. The queen will receive a $1000 scholarship, and awards also will be given for first and second runners up, photogenic, People’s Choice and Miss Congeniality.
