Hamilton 4-H has been asking the community for leftover blue jeans for several weeks, and last week they put those donations to good use, thanks to the family of Rita Curry.
Keith Curry and his family donated Rita’s sewing equipment – sewing machines, tools, a serger and a cabinet full of notions – to the group.
Mrs. Curry was a long-time seamstress well known for her sewing skills.
