Safety was the top concern in Tuesday’s commissioners court meeting.
Rusty Simmons, a developer associated with a new 23-lot subdivision going in west of Hamilton at the end of County Road 607, submitted a plat to go on record.
The entrance to the subdivision and one 10-acre track are in Hamilton County along with six tracts that are split between Hamilton and Comanche counties.
