AUSTIN – Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation licensees with renewable licenses that expired between Aug. 1 and Nov. 30 will be considered to hold emergency licenses valid for up to 120 days after their expiration dates.
The Texas Commission of Licensing and Regulation adopted the emergency rule granting the emergency licenses on Nov. 23.
