Former Hamilton mayor and municipal judge Charles Ray Sparks was honored at the Hamilton City Council meeting last Thursday for his years of service to Hamilton as mayor and municipal court judge.
Sparks accepted the award via Zoom with his sister Nancy Thompson in the council audience to receive the proclamation.
