Hamilton County commissioners court Tuesday morning ratified Judge Mark Tynes’ order Friday to lift the county burn ban.
Commissioners also accepted for filing plats from David Kilgore for a new subdivision to include 10-plus acres tracts and be named Mesa Verde Ranches. The subdivision will include no publicly maintained roadways.
