Volunteers with the Gault School of Archaeological Research will start the new year with a project Jan. 11-15 at a ranch near Evant.
There are accommodations available at no cost for those who wish to participate for two or more days.
Volunteers also will meet Jan. 24-26 at the Lope Along Ranch near Lometa, and Feb. 7-9 near Star.
The annual spring break dig in Junction will be held in mid-March.
