The first responder team that battled a grassfire last Monday on CR 2005 and FM 218 in Hamilton was commended for a job well done at the Hamilton County Commissioners meeting Tuesday.
County Judge Mark Tynes and the commissioners praised the local and surrounding volunteer fire departments that responded.
