USDA issues facilitation funds

WASHINGTON, D.C.U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue has announced the second tranche of 2019 Market Facilitation Program payments aimed at assisting farmers suffering from damage due to unjustified trade retaliation by foreign nations.
