Saturday’s Cinco de Mayo festivities at Fair Park will begin with a taco, salsa and guacamole cookoff starting at 8 a.m. and end with dancing and great music from the Tejas Brothers starting at 9:30 p.m.
Sandwiched in between will be vendors, food, music and family fun.
Matched horse races start at 1 p.m., and bands take the stage at 3 p.m.
