Hamilton Civic Theatre will open the spring season with “Explain the Handcuffs” this weekend in the Hamilton Junior High cafetorium. Shows will be Feb. 15-17 and March 1-3. Sunday shows are at 3 p.m. and the rest at 7 p.m.
