Hamilton County Youth Fair begins this week with a whole new schedule that includes only a meal and premium sale on Saturday.
On Wednesday, Jan. 2, a home ec superintendent meeting at 9 a.m. will be followed by home ec check in from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Judging for home ec will begin at 1 p.m., and for ag mechanics at 5 p.m., which is when poultry and rabbit entries will check in.
