Hamilton County Appraisal District is in the process of mailing applications to update our Agricultural Use Valuation (1-D-1) files.
In addition to updating our files, if you purchased property that was qualified as 1-D-1 land during 2018 tax year, you will be required to apply for the 1-D-1 valuation for the 2019 tax year as the new owner.
