WATER WATER- It hasn’t been 40 days and nights, but Hamilton was saturated Tuesday morning with more rain and low temperatures expected through the weekend. Rain gauges overflowed, and folks were looking for ways to get home as the Cowhouse, Leon and other rivers and creeks came out of their banks and up onto the roadways
