Saint Mary’s Anglican Church will celebrate the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi with a blessing of animals this Sunday, Oct. 7, at 2 p.m.
Father Robert Gresser will bless the pets outdoors by the wrought iron crucifix on the south side of the church. Everyone is welcome.
Pet owners should pay special attention to the safety of their animals and have them on leashes or in carriers.
