Hamilton County has reinstated its burn ban, citing uncontrolled burns and uneven rainfall across the region.
Commissioners approved the order at their meeting Oct. 13, set to last 90 days, unless terminated early. The ban prohibits all outdoor burning in unincorporated areas of the county, with the exception of burning household trash in a closed container.
