The Hamilton County Commissioners Court unanimously approved and adopted the county’s 2026-2027 budget and tax rate at their meeting on Tuesday.
The total tax rate of 0.40803 for the new fiscal year consists of a maintenance and operations rate of 0.3892 and a debt rate of 0.0191.
