Texas Department of Transportation will have a public meeting Feb. 12 at Hamilton Junior High School to discuss its proposed US 281 relief route.
TxDOT has proposed installation of a 16.7-mile relief route in Hamilton County to create a four-lane divided roadway with frontage roads and access ramps to major cross streets and require additional rights-of-way.
