The recommended US Highway 281 Hamilton Relief Route will be presented to the public at an open house style meeting next Wednesday hosted by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).
The public is invited to come and go from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Hamilton Junior High Cafetorium.
While the route presented at the Oct. 18 meeting is the recommended route for the project, it is not yet set in stone.
