Hamilton County Sheriff Brad Boulton will not appear at his criminal arraignment tomorrow at the Hamilton County Courthouse. A waiver of arraignment was filed by Boulton’s lawyer, Perry Q. Minton from Austin who will also not appear.
It is a common practice for a defendant’s lawyer to file a waiver as the arraignment is only a public reading of the charges made against the defendant.
