Hamilton Central Appraisal District recently received the audit from the State Comptroller on property values in Hamilton County. The good news was that most Hamilton County schools passed the study and will receive full state funding. Unfortunately, Hamilton ISD did not pass for the second year so HCAD will be forced to raise the values this spring.
