Saturday night I received a call around 7:25 that an 18-wheeler in the 600 block of Hwy. 36 traveling west was having mechanical issues and the truck would not start. I told her to call 9-1-1 to dispatch officers for traffic control. At that point there were two citizens directing traffic.
