Sharing some highlights from our City Council meeting held for the month of February. There was an agenda item pertaining to Tractor Supply. It was to annex the 6.817 acres into the city. This will allow Hamilton to be able to collect property tax and sales tax revenues, VIA Real Estate owns Tractor Supply buildings and Tractor Supply leases from them.
