Lainey Hale is the longest-reigning Hamilton County Dove Festival Queen of the 21 st century.
Crowned in 2019, Lainey did not get to convey her title last year because of COVID-19, but will end her reign Aug. 28 at the 2021 pageant.
Those who want to enter the pageant can pick up entry packets at the Herald-News office. Early entry deadline is July 30, and regular entry deadline is Aug. 13.
