Hamilton Chief of Police Tony Yocham submitted the 2019 Annual Crime Report and the 2019 Racial Profiling Report to the Hamilton City council Thursday.
Regarding Hamilton crime, Yocham said index crimes either decreased or stayed the same in 2019.
He said the most significant finding was the decrease of property crimes from 120 per year to 71 in 2019.
