The recently reestablished Captain Walter T. Saxon Camp No. 1982 Hico Sons of Confederate Veterans held a grave memorial ceremony for Captain Saxon on Saturday in the Hamilton Cemetery in conjunction with Gatesville’s John H. Reagan Chapter No. 325 United Daughters of the Confederacy, DeLeon’s Cactus Rose Chapter 23 and DeLeon’s 2nd Frontier District Camp No. 1904 Sons of Confederate Veterans.
