Hamilton County Judge Mark Tynes signed off Tuesday morning after eight years of serving the county.
“I have been a lucky county judge,” Tynes said at the meeting’s end. “I have worked with these four commissioners for all eight years. If Hamilton County has been successful and we’ve changed things, it’s not one person, it’s a group effort.”
