The 30th annual Gary Wayne Schoen, Jr. Golf Tournament scheduled for July 25-26 at Perry Country Club has been canceled for safety.
“This is not a golf tournament, it’s a reunion,” said Gary Schoen, “and we just don’t want anyone to get sick.”
Next weekend would have been the 30th year for Schoen’s classmates, friends and family to gather to celebrate his life and enjoy his favorite pastime.
