Evant bluegrass singer Kennedy Berry was named People’s Choice at the Oakdale RV Park Spring Bluegrass Festival in Glen Rose, and as a result will open for bluegrass star Rhonda Vincent at this year’s festival Sept. 25-27.
She was accompanied on stage by Pocket Change, a Central Texas band that includes Ramey Moore and Zach Long of Coryell County.
