Hamilton County voters elected to keep County Judge James Yates in his seat at the March 3 primary election.
Yates received 1461 total votes on the Republican ballot, and contender Cody Morris received 832.
In the only other contested race, Cody Turner was elected commissioner of Hamilton County Precinct 4 with 408 votes to contender Justin Frasier’s 179 votes.
