Hamilton Volunteer Fire Department along with other area departments have been exceptionally busy over the past few weeks battling grass fires.
On Wednesday, May 18, around 2:48 p.m. numerous 911 calls began to roll into Hamilton County Emergency Communications about a large grass fire along State Highway 84 and County Road 530, Farm-to-Market 1047 and County Road 512.
