Hamilton County had 38 active cases of COVID-19 as of Monday evening, according to county health authority Dr. Randy Lee. Since reporting began, there have been 200 positive cases in the county.
Hamilton Independent School District Superintendent Clay Tarpley confirmed Tuesday morning that one of those cases is a high school student who last attended class on Oct. 14 and was tested Oct. 15.
