Hamilton County Judge Mark Tynes doesn’t want to sign a disaster declaration for this county in the wake of the global COVID-19 pandemic.
Tynes said he doesn’t want to further restrict the liberties of citizens of the county but stressed that everyone must comply with Gov. Greg Abbott’s order for social distancing in order for it to work.
“I don’t want to panic people, but this is serious,” he said.…
