Hamilton City Council will have public hearings Aug. 21 and Sept. 11 on the proposed 2025-26 fiscal year budget.
Based on the budget accepted last Thursday, the council also approved unanimously by council roll call vote a no-new-revenue tax rate of $0.4623 per $100 valuation, which would impose the same amount of taxes as last year when comparing properties taxed in both years.
