At the March 12 Hamilton City Council meeting, citizen Michael Langford presented a proposal to renovate the old Higginbotham Building into a community activity center.
While the center would be open to community activities, the facility would also house a new senior center. The current senior center is in one room of the Hamilton County Annex.
