Hamilton City Council last week declared Feb. 24 Beccy Rowe Day in Hamilton to honor the retiring municipal court administrator after more than 18 years of service to the city.
Rowe and Municipal Court Judge Randy Mills will retire on Feb. 24, and a come-and-go reception will honor them 2 to 4 p.m. at City Hall.
