City workers worked through the night to repair a water leak at the water tower on College Street near the school as the City of Hamilton continues under a boil water notice put in place last Thursday.
According to Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, 1,259 boil water notices were in effect across the state on Monday, impacting more than 8.7 million Texans.
