Hamilton Floral owner Anita Adams hasn’t missed a Valentine’s Day in the shop since she and her late husband Jim bought the business 47 years ago.

That streak almost ended this year when she fell Jan. 9 and landed in Scott & White Memorial Hospital, then Hamilton General Hospital.

But she will be back for Feb. 14 and wants to thank a special gentleman in her life with a dozen red roses.
