The third time was the charm for the City of Hamilton in applying for federal grant funds to clean up the old Hillcrest Nursing Home site on Grogan Street.
The US Environmental Protection Agency Office of Brownfields and Land Revitalization has confirmed that Hamilton was selected as one of the entities with which EPA will begin negotiations to award a cooperative agreement for a cleanup grant.
