•Cauliflower (1 large head)
•½ C water
• 2 Tbsp low-fat or non-fat milk (can also use plain lowfat yogurt of kefir)
•1 Tbsp butter
• 2/3 C cheddar cheese (shredded, * see note below)
•½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Give the cauliflower head a preliminary rinse under running water. Cut into 1-2 inch pieces and rinse the pieces under running water using a strainer.
