Hunter has left the hospital!
Two and a half weeks after receiving a new heart, Hunter Yarbrough was released from the hospital on Friday.
A native of Evant, the 57-year-old was placed on the heart transplant list on April 29 after being told that he only had 24-hours earlier that month. He received the call that changed his life on May 25 and underwent surgery the next day.
