Doris Streater Allison celebrated her 96th birthday recently at Pecan Creek Healthcare Center.
The nonagenarian was an expert horsewoman in her younger days and even met Gene Autry once at a rodeo.
She and her little sister Shirley (New) were known all over the area for their skills.
