ALL DRESSED UP - LuLu, a mutt at the City of Hamilton Animal Shelter, is in desperate need of a home. She’s all dressed up in her party hat, ready to go home, but she has been at the shelter too long, and her new owner should call the City ASAP at 386-8116.
