Dear Editor,
A while back our commissioner’s court and school board both turned a blind eye to additional tax monies available to our county.
With such a narrow tax base it seemed invincible that the wishes of a few would overwhelm the needs of the many but there it is. Now the county is short and the school district wants to spend 24 million they don’t have.
Seems like that bird has come home to roo…
